Together, we’ve launched Castellana Green—a groundbreaking initiative to transform Castellana Properties’ Spanish and Portuguese retail assets into hubs of clean, locally produced renewable energy.

Starting in 2024, this joint venture will install over 40 megawatts of solar capacity across rooftops and parking shelters in Castellana Properties’ shopping centers.
